3 This Week

I finished three layouts this week, all from December 2011.  I think I have 2 or 3 more than I can move onto 2012.  Something about me just insists that I scrap in date order so I quit trying to fight it and just scrap whatever is in the next envelope (which are filed in date order next to my scrappy desk).  All that being said,

this first layout is of my Grandson Christopher and his Dad Chris at the Christmas Parade.  Love how I kept the number on the same color as their background, think it's a cool touch.  (P.S.  This is not an original idea but scraplifted from a magazine a while ago).

This one is also taken at the same parade only this time it's me and another Grandson Mathew.

And this last one is of three of my Grandsons Christopher, Matthew and Tylier picking out a Christmas Tree at the local lot.  Used alot of my odds and ends that were floating around here and there and also cut out the background mat and the Christmas Trees with my Cricut.  Love that machine, just have to remind myself to use it more!

Another Layout Completed

Yes a Christmas Layout (Okay, okay, I'm not that on top of it, this is a picture from Christmas 2011) but that means I am only one year behind in scrapping.  (I can live with that.)

This is two of our Grandsons visiting Santa.  Don't know if you can tell by the photo but I used alot of that velvet paper from SEI.  I was a little afraid it wouldn't cut very good in my Cricut but tah dah, no problems.

New Day, New Year, New Layouts!

Okay, so it's been way too long since I have shared any layouts.  I have gotten alot done since my last post but got lazy, along with camera problems, etc., I slacked off posting to my blog, so here we go with the last few layouts I have completed and will definately try to post more often with this New Year!!

This first one is of my husband Marcus enjoying the beach while waiting for my Brother Rick and his new wife Robin's wedding to start.  This one just kind of came together pretty easy.

My husband Marcus and our daughter Steffanie dancing away at the reception that followed.  I had a little trouble with the colors but overall, turned out pretty good.

This is our Grandson Noah on his 11th birthday.  I love the simplicity of this layout, but can't take credit, I scraplifted it from somewhere!!!  (I have no idea where, saw the layout and I cut it out of a magazine and had it on my scrap desk for over two years, whomever I scraplifted from, thank you very much, lol)

Our daughter Steffanie and her two sons Matthew and Christopher at our local park.  Loved the colors on this one and just kind of slapped pieces all over the place till I liked it!

Same folks as above only this time visiting with a snowman.  My mom bought me this paper pack from SEI when they had a sale going on (Thanks Mom!!!).
