Two to share

Two layouts to share that I finished yesterday.  This first one I put togerther all from stash pieces.  Used on full size piece of patterned paper and the rest was all bits and pieces.

This second one I did to complete a challenge over at OSU.  There was a ton of stuff that had to be included on the layout and to my surprise, it didn't turn out to crowded!!

One New Layout

I guess one is better than none....right?  Finally got this layout done so I thought I would share, hopefully I am getting into the scrap grove again!!

Share Time

Well I got three layouts done but can only share two right now, one of them is for the telephone scraplift over at OSU and can't post it until after reveal day.

This layout is of the monumental day that DH's vette rolled over to 50,000.  What a fun bunch of miles they have been!!

This is two of my Grandsons Christopher and Matthew coloring their easter eggs.  Created this layout to teach at our scrap night at church.  I might add that although all the pieces were given to the ladies to create their layout, none of them turned out the same, love their creativity!!

A few more...

I finished up a few more layouts to share.  This first one is of some of us girls from OSU at our weekend scrap retreat at Betsie's house (I must give Betsie a plug here and say she is a fantastic hostess and all around great girl!!!).  We all had alot of fun and I am secretly hoping she hosts another one sometime in the future...sign me up!!)

This is my husband and my Mom riding on the Merry-Go-Round, it's always fun to be a kid again!!

Our sights at the Wild Animal Park...hate the way this layout ended up but memories of a great day, I guess thats what matters at the end of the day.

New Layouts to share

Can't believe I got four layouts done and haven't posted any of them.  That being said.....here they are:

This first one is of our group at the New York, New York in Las Vegas for the annual Superbowl party we go to.  We had gobs of fun and are already looking forward to next years!

Me and Marcus in our seats waiting for the game to begin.  Left alot of "open" space on this one but I like the final look of it.  Scraplifted this from a sketch on the web but I'll be darned if I can remember which one!

This next one is of me, don't usually have too many pictures with myself in them since I am the "photographer" but had fun snapping shots in the mirror and thought I would scrap this one.

This last one is from our visit to the Heart Attack Grill in Arizona.  All I can say is greasy, greasy, yum!! ha ha!!!

Two new layouts

I got two more layouts done this week so I thought I would share them with you.  This first one is of my husband Marcus celebrating his 49th birthday.  I used my cricut for just about everything on this layout.  (Got the idea from a layout in the most recent Scrapbook, etc magazine I just got in the mail)

This next one is my recap page for 2010.  I put one of these type of layouts in the beginning of every year's scrapbook.  They are fun to look at and I get to use those pictures that don't actually make it on a layout of their own!

Birthday Wish

Thanks to Sketchy Thursdays for the sketch for this layout.  This is our Grandson Tylier on his 9th Birthday.

Ladies Scrap Night

Layout of all the Ladies at our scrap night at Church.  We had a great time and this layout was fun trying to figure out how to get all those pictures on one page.  Did a little cutting (of the flowers from the patterned paper) and some stamping.  Like the final look.

Another Sketchy Thursdays Layout

Saw this weeks sketch over at Sketchy Thursdays and knew these pictures would work perfectly.  Didn't have the exact paper I wanted so I misted a bunch on this layout and I really like how it turned out.

Celebrating the New Year

Wow, can't believe it, I am actually scrappin pictures for 2011 and it is still 2011!!!!  Usually I am at least a year behind, don't know if its because I didn't take as many pictures or I am just getting more done lately.  At any rate, here are two layouts of the New Years Celebration Marcus and I went to with our Son and Daughter-in-Law Ken and Denise.  We had alot of fun.

CTMH Sketch Challenge Layout

Used a sketch from the CTMH challenge to make this layout.  Sorry for the bad picture but I have a really hard time taking pictures of two page layouts.  Oh well, one more layout of Christmas (I think, ha ha) and 2010 will be all scrapped!!

Christmas Layout

Woo Hoo, getting my Christmas Layouts finished up from last year then it will be on to this years pictures.  I really like this layout mainly because I have very few pictures with Me, Marcus, Mom, Rick and Robin (as in this may be the only one)!  I also like the little 3-d stamped images of the presents and the camera from CTMH I used!

Very Colorful

A layout I just finished of our Son Andrew and his girlfriend Jackie.  Since there wasn't very many colors in the photo, I decided to add them ALL to the layout, LOL!!

Weekend Layouts

Well, not a bad weekend scrappin if I do say so myself.  Actually got four layouts completed (so far) but can only show you 3 of them as the last one is for a telephone scraplift and I can not post it until after it is revealed over at OSU.
These are all pictures from our visit to North Carolina last year, what a great time we had, I sure miss those kiddos!!

Layouts completed at the EXPO!!

Woo Hoo, I actually got 6 layouts completed (7 actual pages because one layout was a two pager!!).  That was a record for completed layouts while at the Expo for me, (mom broke her record too, she got 6 done).  Take a look and feel free to comment/make suggestions, etc., thanks for stopping by!!

Let Them Eat Cake

Saw the sketch this week over at Sketchy Thursdays and immediately new what layout I was going to create with it.  (Love when that happens!!)  Pictures of our friends David and Sheri at their wedding reception.  I am trying to make a wedding album for them, hopefully I will get it done before their 1st year anniversary!! ha ha

Groceries

Did this layout last week to use for our scrap class at church last Sunday.  The ladies did an amazing job making their layouts "their own", none of them turned out like this but they all were great.  This is our daughter and grandson after a Mega Walmart trip for groceries!!

I used the Skech over at Sketchy Thursdays and combined it with the challenge to use "four" over at OSU to make this layout of our Granson Mikey.

Used Another Sketch

I had no idea how I was going to scrap this until I saw the sketch over at Get Your Sketch On (Sketch #14), then, BAMMMM, it all came together in a flash (kind of like how fast we spent the money I won featured on this layout!!! ha ha)  Anyways, here it is...

3 Grandsons

After seeing the sketch of at Get Your Sketch On (#13), I knew exactly what picture I was going to use, the rest was a little iffy but it all came together in the end and everything I used was out of my stash of old stuff!!  I took this photo of three of our Grandsons while we were waiting for Mulligans to open.

Another Sketchy Thursday Layout

From this week's sketch over at Sketchy Thursdays, a layout of us all gathering to eat during our weekend trip to Pala.  Was quite proud of myself for remembering that I had a knife, fork and spoon somewhere in my stash from years ago and actually found it!!!

4th of July BBQ

Used the sketch over at UmWowStudio.blogspot.com to create this layout.  Like how it allowed for alot of pictures on a single page layout.

OSU Crop - Nina's Challenge #3

Wow, done with 3 challenges now, Woo hoo!!  Nina gave us a layout to scraplift and a tutorial which showed us how to make those three scrunched up flowers on the right hand side of the layout.  My flowers didn't turn out very good but it was a first attempt so I'll take it!!!

OSU Crop - Wendrie's Challenge #2

Wendrie's challenge to us this time was to pick one of your own layouts from a previous time and scraplift it.  I picked this layout from Dec 2006:

And this is what I came up with:

OSU Crop - Wendrie's Scrap Challenge

We are having an online crop over at OSU and our first challenge of the day was to pull out and use our scraps.  Here are the scraps I dug out of my scrap box:

and here is the layout I created using those scraps!!  For the record, I used 24 different pieces of scrap paper which I then proceeded to cut, weave, sew on, punch out and journal on!
