3 Grandsons

After seeing the sketch of at Get Your Sketch On (#13), I knew exactly what picture I was going to use, the rest was a little iffy but it all came together in the end and everything I used was out of my stash of old stuff!!  I took this photo of three of our Grandsons while we were waiting for Mulligans to open.

Another Sketchy Thursday Layout

From this week's sketch over at Sketchy Thursdays, a layout of us all gathering to eat during our weekend trip to Pala.  Was quite proud of myself for remembering that I had a knife, fork and spoon somewhere in my stash from years ago and actually found it!!!

Used the sketch over at UmWowStudio.blogspot.com to create this layout.  Like how it allowed for alot of pictures on a single page layout.

OSU Crop - Nina's Challenge #3

Wow, done with 3 challenges now, Woo hoo!!  Nina gave us a layout to scraplift and a tutorial which showed us how to make those three scrunched up flowers on the right hand side of the layout.  My flowers didn't turn out very good but it was a first attempt so I'll take it!!!

OSU Crop - Wendrie's Challenge #2

Wendrie's challenge to us this time was to pick one of your own layouts from a previous time and scraplift it.  I picked this layout from Dec 2006:

OSU Crop - Wendrie's Scrap Challenge

We are having an online crop over at OSU and our first challenge of the day was to pull out and use our scraps.  Here are the scraps I dug out of my scrap box:

and here is the layout I created using those scraps!!  For the record, I used 24 different pieces of scrap paper which I then proceeded to cut, weave, sew on, punch out and journal on!

Sparklers

Let's just say it's done, really don't like how this one turned out, it was sooooo much better in my head!!!  Anyway, started off by using the sketch over at sketchy thursdays and went crazy from there?!!

Rock Band

Did this layout of my Nephew Eric and his friends using this week's sketch over at UmWowStudio.blogspot.com.  Wasn't sure how it was going to turn out in the beginning but it all seemed to come together nicely in the end.  Used papers and stamps from CTMH and cut the letters using my Cricut!

GYSO #9

Did this layout using the sketch challenge at Get Your Sketch On.  I couldn't wait to make a layout today using my new Gypsy I got this week, love that thing!!

Scraplift Layouts

These two layouts were January and February's Scraplift Challenge over at OSU.  (I couldn't post them until they were posted on the board.)  This first one is of two of our Grandsons while checking out the deck of the Battleship North Carolina.

I think this next one is one of my all time favorites.  It just kind of works.  I really love how the ducks turned out on the title (CTMH stamps which I used Copics to color, still experimenting with those!!)

Retreat Layouts

Yep, do you believe it?????  I got 5 layouts done in one weekend at Betsie's house this past weekend.  It's a small miracle I got anything done with the chatting, gossiping, eating, snacking, snacking some more, etc. ha ha!!  I think I broke my own record for layouts done at a crop!  Woo hoo.
